Associates in Forensic Investigations, and its principals and subcontractors, have and will continue to follow state and nationally recognized standards of practice and ethics for the strictest mutual privacy protection of our agency, clients, work-product, and client confidentiality.
We do not share any client, potential client, any intake information, or any case information without attorney and/or client written consent.
Confidentiality
1. Except as required by state or federal law, Associates in Forensic Investigations keeps all information obtained in all cases confidential and for the use of the client only.
2. Confidentiality is not applicable to:
a) The client’s ability to waive confidentiality;
b) Associates in Forensic Investigations’ obligation to comply with a validly issued and enforceable subpoena or summons; and
c) Use of any relevant information in the defense of a claim asserted against Associates in Forensic Investigations, its principals, and subcontractors.
